Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke on the sets of his upcoming film LAC Live the Battle in Kargil. He is admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital.
Aashiqui actor Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke while he was shooting for his upcoming film LAC: Live the Battle in Kargil. The actor suffered the stroke due to harsh weather conditions in Kargil. He is currently admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital.
After suffering the stroke, Rahul was taken to Srinagar and then shifted to Mumbai. The 52-year-old actor was also tested for COVID-19 and he tested negative. Rahul is currently in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Rahul’s brother Romeer Sen confirmed the news to indianexpress.com and added that, “He is recovering.”
Talking about LAC Live the Battle, the film is based on the real-life event of Galwan Ghati. Rahul is playing the role of a Major in the film. It is directed by Nitin Kumar Guptam. It is jointly produced by Chitra Vakil Sharma and Nivedita Basu.
Rahul made his Bollywood debut with Mahesh Bhatt’s 1990 film Aashiqui. The film was a major success, making Rahul a star. He then went on to do films like Sapne Sajan Ke, Jaanam, Junoon and more
