In an interesting development, a pet dog of a family blocked the way of a man and grabbed him after he attempted to flee after raping a mentally challenged woman in a house.

To avoid being caught, the accused parked his vehicle at least 200 metres away from the victim’s place. He then visited the woman.
As the dog noticed Dhilipkumar, it held the accused and bit his pant as he tried to flee from the spot. However, the dog not allow the accused to move.
The woman’s family became suspicious as the lights were switched off in the shed. When they went inside the shed, they found the accused.
The woman’s family immediately raised an alarm and the neighbours caught Dhilipkumar and handed him over to the police.
When his mobile was searched, police found obscene videos taken with the victim.
