Sunil Pal reacts to Bharti Singh arrest, says wanting to look famous pushed her to drugs

In an exclusive chat, comedian Sunil Pal said that wanting to look successful pushed Bharti Singh to drugs. Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa have been sent to judicial custody till December 4.
Bharti Singh and husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa have been arrested and sent to judicial custody till December 4 in Bollywood drug probe. The Narcotics Control Bureau raided Bharti Singh’s house in Andheri, Mumbai, which led to the seizure of cannabis (ganja). Both Bharti and Haarsh have confessed to consumption of ganja.

I LAUNCHED BHARTI SINGH, SAYS SUNIL PAL

In an exclusive chat Sunil Pal spoke about Bharti Singh’s arrest. He said, “I was called as a celebrity guest on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge Season 4, where I had launched Bharti Singh for the first time on television. And because of this Bharti considers me as an elder brother but she still didn’t call me to her wedding. However, that’s a different thing altogether. Initially, Bharti had worked very hard to establish herself as a comedian. And today wherever she has reached it’s because of her hard work.”

SUNIL PAL: PEOPLE CONSUME DRUGS TO LOOK COOL

Sunil Pal further added, “People consume drugs to look cool and famous. Nowadays artistes feel that if they do this, they can be a part of the group of people who are influential and will help them get more work. When the time is good, people enjoy success, but when bad times are bad, you get in trouble. So, one should always stay away from such vices.”

BHARTI SINGH AND HAARSH LIMBACHIYAA IN JAIL

Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa were produced at the Quilla court on Sunday afternoon after which, they were sent to judicial custody till December 4. While Bharti Singh has been taken to Kalyan jail, Haarsh Limbachiyaa has been sent to Taloja prison.
